Our interest in multi-unit housing dovetails with our enthusiasm for urbanism and traditional neighborhood development. We have developed designs for Lewis Wharf in Boston and designed and completed construction drawings for DeNormandie Wharf in East Boston. Other work includes Frisco Square, a completed pedestrian-friendly Texas Townhouse development, reminiscent in scale to Beacon Hill. And we have worked on proposed community master plans west of Boston.
