Jim Righter elected into New England Design Hall of Fame
September 2007
Founding Partner James Righter FAIA has been elected into the inaugural class of
the New England Design Hall of Fame which honors New England's best residential architects
and interior designers. The Hall of Fame is sponsored by New England Home magazine in association
with Boston Architectural College, Boston Design Center, Boston Society of Architects,
International Furnishings and Design Association, ASID, and International Interior Design Association/New England.

July 2007
Period Homes magazine has announced Albert, Righter & Tittmann Architects has won a Palladio award.
Given in recognition of architectural achievement in traditional design,
Albert, Righter & Tittmann was selected for the design of a house in Northeast Harbor, Maine.
The house is featured in the summer issue of Period Homes magazine.

Albert, Righter & Tittmann team members achieve LEED certification
October 2006
Justin Finnicum and August Ventimiglia passed the LEED certification exam in October 2006.
As LEED accredited design professionals, Justin and August are versed in current,
comprehensive environmental building strategies. The LEED Green Building Rating System
is the national benchmark for high performance green buildings.
LEED is administered by the US Green Building Council,
which sets national standards for green building practices.
The firm congratulates Justin and August on their success.

Albert, Righter & Tittmann Architects took an office field trip to metro Detroit
to see Eliel Saarinen's Cranbrook campus, the Henry Ford Museum,
and William McDonough's recent, enviornmentally-advanced renovation
of the Ford River Rouge assembly plant. In recent years the office has visisted
Dia Beacon and the Storm King Art Center in Upstate New York, Mies Van de Rohe's
Farnsworth House near Chicago, and H.H. Richardson's own home in Brookline.
